INFORMATION FOR PARENTS

STICKS
Pockets on women's sticks are shallower than men's, who use deeper pockets for the increased physicality of the game. If you have any questions about purchasing a stick or other equipment, contact one of the coaches. MVP Sports on Pine Street in Potsdam, 265-3960, and Mac’s Sport Ltd. on Hodskin Street, 854-0383 can also assist you with choosing equipment.

GOGGLES AND MOUTHGUARDS
Girls will not be allowed to practice or play without goggles or mouth guards. While coaches have some spares, girls are expected to bring this important protective equipment for every practice and game.

PROPER CLOTHING

Please ask your girls to dress in layers and to always bring their piney. On cool or rainy days, girls should not show up in just shorts and t-shirts. Coaches do not provide extra wind pants and jackets. Players should bring their own water to practice.
