Canton Minor Hockey
The Pee Wee Board of Directors is recruiting volunteers to participate on the Youth Hockey Advisory Committee for the 2010-2011 Season
- Commissioner – Head Canton Minor Hockey, attend USA Hockey meetings, develop programs, head up hockey advisory committee, etc.
- Secretary – coordinate registration, handbook updates, letters etc.
- Master Scheduler – assign and coordinate ice times for all teams & tournaments, work with Village on Pavilion and SLU on a schedule for ice time for each team.
- Beginner’s / Cub Club Coordinator – Organize and run our learn to skate program
- Tournament Director – Head tournament committee for all CMH tournaments, find teams, work with scheduler on tournament schedules, have program books made, solicit ads and donations.
- Outdoor rink – Head up ice making and maintenance of the outdoor rink, work with the local fire department and Pavilion staff to maintain ice.
- Fundraising – serve on SLU/TECH committee, work with local business to get house league sponsors, help with ads for Tournament committee, write county grant w/secretary, etc.
- Webmaster – take care of the minor hockey web page and online schedule
